What a beautiful week! The weather has been absolutely gorgeous which allows for a lot of outdoor play with Dante! He loves being outside and running around and that helps me collect more sounds for my research project. Win-win!  My project is coming along slowly at times, just a lot of data collection and it is always spontaneous. Unfortunately, the spontaneity of Dante’s vocalizations makes it difficult to capture all of his sounds. He’s very much like a child – doesn’t want to “perform” for mom!  I’m looking forward to taking some time with him over spring break to introduce him to new environments and experiences in hopes of gathering more data!
